Final rate for January-March, July, August and December 2012: USD 900 monthly. Final rate the rest of the year: USD 800 monthly. Minimal stay: Three months. Contracts for 6 months or longer applies for discounts. All the services in the apartment (electricity, water, cable-tv, wi-fi internet and phone with basic credit) are included in the rate as well as expenses for building facilities (24 hrs doorman and maintenance). A weekly cleaning is optional.
