Contracts for 3 months or longer applies for discounts.

All the services in the apartment (electricity, water, cable-tv, 2Mbps wi-fi internet, phone with basic credit) are included in the rate as well as expenses for building facilities (24 hrs security, entertainment room, gym, jacuzzi, rooftop pool, BBQ area). A weekly cleaning is optional.
